During the design process we can exchange various files and file formats with the client

Deliverables :

  • Gerber Files
  • Fabrication Drawings
  • Assembly drawings
  • Drill files
  • Pick and Place X-Y data
  • Board Data files
  • Client specified files

Formats:

  • We deliver files in almost any format you might wish.
  • All valid de facto standard formats available
  • If you have special wishes, please let us know.
  • Leading or trailing zeros - ASCII - Binary - etc.

File Shipments:

  • simple e-mail
  • encrypted e-mail
  • download from our ftp server vith a private account login

Please pay attention to the following:

Documentation must be precise, unambiguous and streamlined to the subsequent processes.



Avoid this:

Too little and weak documentation gives rise to production stoppage and late delivery or cause faulty delivery due to Fab house standard procedure.

Too much documentation gives rise to partial production stoppage due to additional questions.

Non-standardized documentation creates confusion and interpretation problems.
